ATHLETIK is a product of Second Nature Sports ("ATHLETIK," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use ATHLETIK at teamathletik.com and our related apps and services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
This document is provided as a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it for your business.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use the Service:
- Account information — your name, email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares (name, email, profile image).
- Brand & profile information — the answers, positioning, brand pillars, sport, school, team, media, and other details you provide during onboarding to build your Brand DNA.
- Connected channels — the public social or platform handles and profile URLs you choose to add (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X). We use these to display and estimate your reach; we do not collect your platform passwords.
- Payment information — if you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.
- Usage information — basic technical and usage data (device, browser, and interactions) needed to operate and improve the Service.
- Voice input — during voice onboarding, speech is used to capture your answers; it is processed to build your profile and is not used for any other purpose.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and build your Brand DNA, media kit, and dashboard.
- To provide the AI strategist and personalized guidance based on the information you provide.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, sign-in links, and important service updates.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
Service providers we use
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and secure data storage for your account and profile.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Google — "Sign in with Google" authentication, when you choose it.
- Anthropic — AI processing that powers the ATHLETIK strategist.
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis used in onboarding.
- Vercel — hosting of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update most of your information from your account settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at the address below. Deleting your account removes your profile data from our systems, subject to any records we must retain to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Athletes who are minors should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
