These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ATHLETIK, a product of Second Nature Sports ("ATHLETIK," "we," "us"), available at teamathletik.com and related apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; athletes who are minors should use it with a parent or guardian.
ATHLETIK helps athletes build and manage their personal brand, including brand profiles, a media kit, content guidance, rate estimates, and an AI strategist. Insights, rate estimates, and AI outputs are provided for guidance only, may contain errors, and are not professional, legal, financial, or contractual advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them, and you should confirm any deal terms with your own agent or attorney.
Some features require a paid subscription (for example, Pro). Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the content and information you provide (your name, likeness, brand materials, media, and profile data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization; or interfering with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and the ATHLETIK and Second Nature Sports names and logos, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or to copy the Service.
The Service integrates third-party providers (such as Google sign-in, Supabase, Stripe, and AI providers). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates or AI outputs will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHLETIK and Second Nature Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
